“If one does not pray, he is either a devil or a beast” – St. Bishop J. Pelczar on prayer

Prayer is therefore an act of spiritual life, for all the faculties of the soul participate in it: memory, as it recalls God’s perfections, works, and gifts; reason, as it contemplates them; the heart, as it is moved by feelings; and the will, as it makes resolutions. Without God’s grace, we could not pray properly,… Continue reading

Spiritual Combat – Two Human Wills

So that you may more easily, my son, surrender yourself to the will of God, and do everything for His glory, consider well that God first loved and honored us, and in manifold ways. He brought us out of nothingness and created us in His own image, and subjected all other creatures to our service.… Continue reading

Modernism, Lefebvrism, Sedevacantism – and where is God?

I am nothing; dust, unworthy even of Your glance, Lord. For a long time, I was a blasphemer. Seven years have passed since my conversion – seven years of writing, searching, crying out. And the only thing confirmed is that I truly am nothing. It’s interesting. Modernists claim that hell doesn’t exist – yet they… Continue reading

Do Not Weep, O Soul

I look and I see the blood of the children of Volhynia, the elderly, the women, all the Poles, Russians, and Jews. The only thing that mattered was that they were defenseless.Axes, knives, and scythes — blessed by the priest.A genocide whose cruelty defies description. The banners of Ukrainian murderers now wave across Europe. Continue reading

Israel is bombing, Ukraine glorifies criminals, and Christians are dying in silence!

I always say that to see the Truth, a person must pause. Break away from the rush of the crowd, which often heads toward the abyss. Step aside and calmly analyze what they see. Only then can one accurately assess reality. Everyone should do this—whether they consider themselves a traditionalist, modernist, democrat, or republican. It… Continue reading

Hide your merits, lest you easily lose them – St. J. Pelczar

The Value of Our Deeds Before God – On Good and Evil Motives – St. Joseph Sebastian Pelczar III. How to Conduct Oneself Regarding the Motive Before an Action?** We have spoken thus far about motives in general; now we will apply this teaching to specific cases. When we undertake to perform some good action, the… Continue reading

The Value of Our Deeds Before God – On Good and Evil Motives – St. Joseph Sebastian Pelczar

I. The Importance of Motives I have called a good motive and simplicity the window of the spiritual house. What is a motive? It is, as it were, the internal spring of action that prompts or influences a particular deed. For example, if I give alms to obtain God’s grace or, conversely, to gain human… Continue reading

ON THE CATHOLIC UNDERSTANDING IN THE FIRST CENTURIES OF CHRISTIANITY(Lecture by Father Ventura)(Part 3)

Part Three 12. We will speak the honest truth, my brothers, maintaining that when philosophical reason in antiquity, as we have already seen, was never able to solve any problem, could not overcome any difficulty, nor establish any truth; then, Catholic reason, inspired by the light of God’s word, arrived at the resolution of all… Continue reading

GOD BECOMES THE GUIDE OF SOULS COMPLETELY DEVOTED TO HIM.

Sacrificate sacrificium justitiae et sperate in Domino. “Offer the sacrifice of righteousness, and trust in the Lord,” says the prophet, meaning that the true and strongest foundation of spiritual life is surrendering oneself to God and His pleasure in everything, both external and internal; it is also complete divestment of one’s self, which relinquishes all… Continue reading

Soul’s Rebellion in a World of Lies: Reclaiming Truth in an Era of Enslavement

These days, we don’t know how to rebel. We have no idea how to do it, unless we’ve seen scenes of rebellion in some movies, because reading with understanding isn’t exactly common. We pick one direction for our rebellion and close our eyes to everything else. What we choose must align with our own “self”;… Continue reading
About Me
Let us build the Church in souls on the rock of our faith. God is Spirit and we should worship Him in spirit and truth. Now in the times of apostasy of the Catholic Church administration, when very often we do not have access to real priests, this is very important. It will allow us not only to survive, but also to strengthen our faith. The truth, even if it is hard for us, always comes from God. Let’s not live in a lie. The father of lies is Satan. Let us remember this. The truth is the determinant by which I am guided when I write for several years on the Polish website I founded http://www.niewolnikmaryi.com and it will be the same here – in the English version.
Ps. I encourage suggestions for the translation. It will help me a lot.
