ON THE CATHOLIC UNDERSTANDING IN THE FIRST CENTURIES OF CHRISTIANITY(Lecture by Father Ventura)(Part 3)

Part Three 12. We will speak the honest truth, my brothers, maintaining that when philosophical reason in antiquity, as we have already seen, was never able to solve any problem, could not overcome any difficulty, nor establish any truth; then, Catholic reason, inspired by the light of God’s word, arrived at the resolution of all… Continue reading

GOD BECOMES THE GUIDE OF SOULS COMPLETELY DEVOTED TO HIM.

Sacrificate sacrificium justitiae et sperate in Domino. “Offer the sacrifice of righteousness, and trust in the Lord,” says the prophet, meaning that the true and strongest foundation of spiritual life is surrendering oneself to God and His pleasure in everything, both external and internal; it is also complete divestment of one’s self, which relinquishes all… Continue reading

Soul’s Rebellion in a World of Lies: Reclaiming Truth in an Era of Enslavement

These days, we don’t know how to rebel. We have no idea how to do it, unless we’ve seen scenes of rebellion in some movies, because reading with understanding isn’t exactly common. We pick one direction for our rebellion and close our eyes to everything else. What we choose must align with our own “self”;… Continue reading

ON THE CATHOLIC UNDERSTANDING IN THE FIRST CENTURIES OF CHRISTIANITY(Lecture by Father Ventura)(Part 2)

Part Two Now, I ask you to allow me to lead you for a moment into the realm of abstract concepts, which, for people like you, accustomed to noble pursuits and serious scientific inquiry, is not an alien world but, on the contrary, a well-known domain. When we delve into the depths of our own… Continue reading

ON THE CATHOLIC UNDERSTANDING IN THE FIRST CENTURIES OF CHRISTIANITY(Lecture by Father Ventura)

*Blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it.* Luke 11:28 1. The Gospel of Jesus Christ cannot be better explained than by the Gospel itself. Do you wish to know why, in today’s Gospel, Jesus Christ calls blessed those who hear the word of God and keep it? It is because,… Continue reading

Honor to the Most Precious Blood of Christ

Great commotion in Italy and the Catholic world was caused by a miracle that occurred several years ago in Asti, a small town near Turin. In a local shelter dedicated to St. Clare, there lived a poor peasant woman, Maria Tartaglino, who had been bedridden for 30 years. Her only comfort was a small crucifix… Continue reading

The Silence Where Truth Is Born

The world is rushing down a highway to hell. Why don’t you see it? Please, stop for a moment, look at it from the outside. Reject, even just for a while, all the noise and the clamor. In silence, you will hear the Truth. In silence, you will see the beast that slowly, yet relentlessly,… Continue reading

Devotion to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus in Practice and Theory (part 2)

§ 2. Method. As we have just seen, the definition of true holiness is simple: “My son, abandon yourself, and you will find me.” Thus, the method leading to it will also be simple. The one we present is neither troublesome nor complicated. It involves consecration to the Sacred Heart, a complete and eternal surrender,… Continue reading

Monitum Ultimum

I see blood streaming down the face of Christ, the crown of thorns wounding His Most Holy Countenance.I see people turning their eyes away. It’s too cruel, it hurts our feelings. But where are your feelings when the world murders millions of innocent unborn and calls it abortion?Where are your feelings when the world kills your parents… Continue reading

The Temple in Souls

Our Lord Jesus Christ built His Church upon a rock, establishing solid, granite-like foundations, binding them with His own innocent Blood. The glory of this spiritual Temple was later strengthened by the blood of the Apostles and martyrs. The Church is made up of people faithful to Revelation, that is, to the Gospel and Tradition.… Continue reading
About Me
Let us build the Church in souls on the rock of our faith. God is Spirit and we should worship Him in spirit and truth. Now in the times of apostasy of the Catholic Church administration, when very often we do not have access to real priests, this is very important. It will allow us not only to survive, but also to strengthen our faith. The truth, even if it is hard for us, always comes from God. Let’s not live in a lie. The father of lies is Satan. Let us remember this. The truth is the determinant by which I am guided when I write for several years on the Polish website I founded http://www.niewolnikmaryi.com and it will be the same here – in the English version.
Ps. I encourage suggestions for the translation. It will help me a lot.
