The Healing Power of Beauty!

Humans cannot be ugly because God created them, and all the works of God are wonderful. Everything you surround yourself with—what you look at, what you watch, or what you read—has an impact on your psyche. This is a fact that you cannot ignore in the fight against depression. To put it brutally:If you feed… Continue reading

There is a cure in your soul.

It is an undeniable fact that depression is a state of loneliness without God. Someone says: What is loneliness without God? After all, I believe in God. This attitude is very common. Faith in God: what is it and how should it manifest itself? A Catholic should believe in the living God in the Trinity… Continue reading

Loneliness among human beings.

Alone among the people—that’s how today’s society can be described in a nutshell. Smartphones have become our god and our whole life. Not phones, because it’s not the conversations that are important now, but writing, commenting, adding photos, and counting “likes”. Today’s Catholics who follow the world also recognise this new god. During the tourist… Continue reading

The spiritual balance – The life cycle(recording)

We forget that all that is given to us – happiness, suffering, joy and worries – are only elements of our life on earth. They occur alternately and are never constant. After moments of joy comes sadness, and after sadness comes joy. In suffering and sadness, we often behave much worse, because we do not… Continue reading

The spiritual balance – the life cycle

A person, when happy, has no time to think about God – they act as if everything is owed to them. They don’t thank God, they simply enjoy their own happiness, forgetting the worries of everyday life. We forget that everything given to us – happiness, suffering, joy, and worries – are merely elements of… Continue reading

Spiritual Balance – Emptiness

Emptiness – nameless, unreflective, thoughtless, silent – is the ultimate state you are heading toward, driving straight down the highway, directly to hell. You don’t know whether it’s apathy, depression, or perhaps thoughtlessness in its classic form. Moral, social, or any other values cease to matter. Why? Good and evil no longer exist, and the… Continue reading

Spiritual Balance – The Silence of Truth

Silence creates a void in the mind. Into such a vessel—one with holes, even bottomless—every piece of the world’s garbage can be poured. While it is only in silence that one can hear the voice of God (as St. Augustine wrote in Confessions: “Truth dwells in the depths of the soul,” pointing to silence as… Continue reading

Spiritual Balance – Thoughtlessness as a New Moral Category

Are today’s people governed by thoughtlessness? This question arises when we analyze our behavior. Have we lost not only the ability to think critically but ceased to think altogether? We are driven by impulses transmitted by the media—these are not even our own feelings or desires, but rather “pins jabbed into our brains,” eliciting fleeting,… Continue reading

Spiritual balance – ‘Coincidences’ or living a lie?”

Everything has its purpose; every event and action has its specific consequences. Truly, very few things happen by chance. It’s worth remembering that our Lord Jesus Christ pointed this out—when something could be prepared, it was done without relying on miracles or coincidence. He demonstrated this clearly by ordering the donkey to be brought. After all,… Continue reading

The spiritual balance – a mirror of truth

I saw the abyss of evil that dwelt within me. When I looked in the mirror, I saw eyes – foreign, steeped in evil, as if they weren’t mine. Yet the truth is, they were mine. What I refused to notice for years remained unseen. Evil spreads like snake venom, killing everything it encounters on… Continue reading
About Me
Let us build the Church in souls on the rock of our faith. God is Spirit and we should worship Him in spirit and truth. Now in the times of apostasy of the Catholic Church administration, when very often we do not have access to real priests, this is very important. It will allow us not only to survive, but also to strengthen our faith. The truth, even if it is hard for us, always comes from God. Let’s not live in a lie. The father of lies is Satan. Let us remember this. The truth is the determinant by which I am guided when I write for several years on the Polish website I founded http://www.niewolnikmaryi.com and it will be the same here – in the English version.
Ps. I encourage suggestions for the translation. It will help me a lot.
